Data Collected & Purposes
Communications: When you contact us by email, phone, or contact form, we process your name, email address, and message content to handle your enquiry. This data is retained for the duration of the business relationship.
Website visits: Each page access automatically transmits technical data (IP address, browser type, page visited, date/time). This is evaluated to ensure operation and is typically anonymized or deleted after a short period.
Cookies & Analytics: We use functional cookies to store your language preference. Analytics tools may be used to evaluate user behaviour in pseudonymised form and to improve the website. Additional cookies are only set with your consent.
Data Retention
Personal data is deleted once the purpose of its processing no longer applies and no statutory retention obligation exists. Tax-relevant documents are subject to a statutory retention period of 7 years (§ 132 BAO).
